Orders
Payment
Payment must be made prior to dispatch. Secure payments can be made safely on line via Paypal or alternaltively please telephone Creative Craft to pay over the phone using a Debit or Credit card during normal office hours. Cheques or postal orders are also accepted and should be made payable to Creative Craft. Cheques need to be cleared before dispatch this may take approx 1 week. Credit/Debit card payments are processed on the day of dispatch.
Variations
Care is taken in the illustration and description of goods. Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed and variations may occur in size and materials due to the hand made nature of the goods. We reserve the right to substitute materials/goods with similar where necessary, substitutions will always be as close as possible to the original and of equal or greater value.
Order Confirmation
When an order confirmation is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been authorised. If, after receiving your order there is any reason why we cannot fulfill it, we will notify you immediately.
Prices
We reserve the right to increase prices without notice but not after an order has been accepted.
Dispatch
Goods are dispatched as soon as possible. Generally, please allow 2-7 days. Personalised items take 7-10 days. Items needed for certain date must be specifically requested at the time of ordering. Dispatch by special delivery is available on payment of the appropriate charge.
Delivery
All deliveries require a signature, customers who request an unsigned delivery do so at their own risk. Customers who require delivery for a certain date should phone to ensure it is possible; we are usually able to meet most dates. If a delivery date is not specified at the time of ordering we cannot guarantee delivery for that date. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Parcels that are returned because no one was available to sign will be re-dispatched as soon as they are returned to us. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in these circumstances; it is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to sign for deliveries.
Returns
Goods damaged in transit or that are unsuitable should be returned immediately for a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Personalised items are not returnable. P&P charges are not refundable.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges relate to UK Mainland including Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Western Islands, Shetlands, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland
International orders
Payment for international orders to be in Sterling only via credit/debit/PayPal/Bank Transfer only. Delivery charges outside UK are calculated using the weight of your goods plus the packaging and courier service used.
